Effective date: June 25, 2026. Updated October 23, 2026. This policy applies to ximenatxrealtor.com (the "Site"), operated by Ximena Martinez, REALTOR, brokered by ClearView Realty, LLC.

What we collect

When you fill out a contact, buyer, seller, or home-value form on this Site, you submit personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to include in the message field (for example, your timeline, budget range, or property address). We only collect what you provide through those forms.

We also collect basic, anonymous analytics data (page views, session duration, and referral source) to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. This data is not linked to your name or contact details.

How we use it

Your contact information is used to respond to your inquiry, to provide real estate services, and to send the market newsletter described below. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Market newsletter emails

Ximena sends a weekly El Paso market newsletter by email. It goes to people who sign up on this Site and to people who have contacted Ximena about buying or selling a home. It is a marketing email, and every issue shows her brokerage, its mailing address and an unsubscribe link.

• Signing up. The signup form asks for your email address and, optionally, your first name. We add them to Ximena's contact list in GoHighLevel.
• Link clicks. Links in the newsletter pass through ximenatxrealtor.com before they open the page. When you click one, we record which issue and which link you clicked as a note and a tag on your contact record, and Ximena gets a notice so she can follow up. The link carries only a contact ID and a security code, never your name or email. Automated link scanners are not recorded. Our email provider may also record whether an email was delivered and opened.
• Unsubscribing. Use the unsubscribe link in any issue. It stops the newsletter and other marketing emails from Ximena right away, and we keep a record of it on your contact so you aren't added back.
• Market texts. A monthly market text goes only to people who separately agree to receive it. Checking the SMS box on a form on this Site does not sign you up for it. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.

Who processes it

Form submissions are routed through GoHighLevel (GHL), a CRM and marketing automation platform operated by TheContentLabs on behalf of Ximena Martinez. Lead data is also stored in a secure database (Supabase). Both platforms are used only to manage and respond to your inquiry.

SMS and text messages (TCPA)

By checking the SMS consent box on any form on this Site, you agree to receive text messages from Ximena Martinez at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, and marketing messages such as new listings and market updates.

• Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and our conversation.

Cookies and analytics

This Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to measure traffic and improve site performance. These cookies collect aggregate, anonymized data only. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to use the Site or submit a form.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to provide real estate services or as required by Texas law. If you would like to request that your information be deleted from our systems, contact us at ximenatxrealtor@gmail.com or 915-588-8892. We will respond within 30 days.
