Who processes it

Form submissions are routed through GoHighLevel (GHL), a CRM and marketing automation platform operated by TheContentLabs on behalf of Ximena Martinez. Lead data is also stored in a secure database (Supabase). Both platforms are used only to manage and respond to your inquiry.

SMS and text messages (TCPA)

By checking the SMS consent box on any form on this Site, you agree to receive text messages from Ximena Martinez at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, and relevant real estate updates.
