Why I explain everything
I grew up seeing what it’s like to go through a sale with no one translating the fine print. So I walk you through every document, in English or Spanish, before you sign it, and I tell you what the numbers say even when it’s not what you hoped. As I always say, I don’t just get you the keys to your home. I educate you along the way.
I work all of El Paso, from the West Side and Central to the East Side, Far East and Horizon City. I help first-time buyers, sellers, new-construction buyers, service members with PCS orders to Fort Bliss, families who live and work on both sides of the border, and anyone moving from out of state.
On new construction I work for you
The builder’s on-site agent works for the builder. I review your contract, negotiate upgrades and incentives, and watch the build through the final walkthrough.
