Ximena Martinez is a Texas REALTOR® with Latin American roots and a practice built on one principle: the full and honest truth, always. She grew up understanding what it means to navigate a real estate transaction without anyone translating the fine print for you. That experience shapes the way she works with every client.

Ximena is fully fluent in English and Spanish. Every conversation, every document, and every negotiation can happen in the language that is most comfortable for you. Many of her clients are Spanish-speaking families buying their first home in El Paso, and many others are families relocating from Juárez or elsewhere across the border.

What she specializes in

Ximena works with buyers and sellers across all of El Paso, from the West Side and Central to the Northeast, East Side, Lower Valley, Far East, and Horizon City. Two areas where her clients benefit most from having real representation: new-construction homes, and first-time purchases for families who have never been through the process before.

On new construction, including the growth corridors in Far East El Paso and Horizon City, the builder’s on-site agent works for the builder. Ximena works for you. She reviews contracts, negotiates upgrades and incentives, flags build-progress issues, and protects your interests through the final walkthrough.

For first-time buyers, she takes the time to explain each document, answer every question without making you feel rushed, and connect you with lenders and programs that can help with down payments and closing costs. She does not push you toward a home that is not the right fit.
